Bag It

The Turkish Stitch String Bag has turned out to be another good project. Easy to remember stitch pattern makes for nice relaxing knitting. I ended up using just one bag of Omega's Sinfonia for this. The color is called Matizado Azules and I think the blue hues are so vibrant.

Since my sis and I have our French Market bags ready to go for our local farmers market, this bag is going to my mom so that she can carry her goodies in a nice bag too (instead of the plastic that the vendors hand out).

How many tomatoes do you think that she can fit in hers??? Maybe a watermelon could fit in this one (although I see her stocking up on gourds)!
This weekend we are going to have a girls weekend. A long car ride means lots of time for knitting. Time to pack up a sock to start!
